The Branch of the company “Normeca International AS” in the RT is operating an innovative healthcare project in the Republic of Tajikistan, the “Mobile Multi-Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital,” in collaboration with the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. This project involves state-of-the-art mobile clinics, housed in large, fully equipped trailers, designed to deliver essential healthcare services directly to communities in the regions of Tajikistan. Each mobile clinic supports a range of general diagnostic services and minor surgical procedures. In addition to advanced medical equipment, the units are designed with comprehensive facilities, including kitchens, laundry, dining areas, and conference rooms, ensuring complete functionality and comfort for medical teams and patients alike. Through this project, Normeca International AS is committed to enhancing healthcare accessibility and delivering high-quality care to underserved areas.The Clinic Manager will fulfil a wide range of responsibilities each day to ensure that the medical clinic operates to a high standard.Job Description Summary:• Managing facility operations to ensure long-term success.• Training employees in any new policies, procedures, or standards to be implemented across the clinic.• Coordinate staff and activities on a day-to-day basis in the clinic to provide quality, cost-effective patient care.• Analyzing data trends to develop a better understanding of overall facility efficiency.• Organizing clinical records, patient health records, and other essential documents and resources. • Solving patient problems in a way that complements the mission of our project. • Communicating with clinic employees, including all medical professionals, fellow managers, and executives.• Present findings, proposed solutions and implementation plans to the management.• Manage medical staff in the day-to-day performance. • Follow up those routines, are followed, reports completed.• Prepare and compile weekly reports.• Focus on developing great communication between all employees.• Focus on collaboration and team building. • Focus on efficiency. В компанию по производству полимеров для дорожно - строительных работ, ищем Руководителя! Обязанности:1.Установление эффективного контакта с ключевыми лицами принимающими окончательные решения в дорожно-строительной отрасли страны - как государственных организаций, регулирующих отрасль, так и дорожно-строительных компаний (клиентов).2.Выявление проблем и возможностей в отрасли, которые можно решить с помощью с помощью наших продуктов и решений.3.Определение ключевых точек воздействия в отрасли (люди, процессы, задачи, регионы), для достижения максимально возможных результатов минимальными ресурсами (время, деньги, энергия и др.).4.Проведение ключевых переговоров, в т.ч. с участием ТОП-сотрудников команды Veleton.5.Сопровождение и закрытие ключевых сделок.6.Постоянная работа с лицами принимающими окончательные решения в дорожно-строительной отрасли страны над расширением рынка - больше объектов с модификацией битума; модификация каждого слоя асфальта и др.7.Эффективное взаимодействие с командой Veleton - совещания в zoom, выработка стратегии, плана действий, его осуществление с командой.Требования:* Возраст (предпочтительно): от 38 до 70 лет;* Образование (предпочтительные: ВУЗ / колледж, специальность, специализация): не важно;*Крайне желательна профессиональная подготовка, компетенция и знание основ в дорожно-строительной сфере - это будет существенным преимуществом; *Опыт и стаж работы от 20 лет в названной области;* Специальные навыки и знания: крайне желательна профессиональная подготовка, компетенция и знание основ в дорожно-строительной сфере;* Владение ПК (какие программы): на уровне уверенного пользователя владение компьютером MS Office, zoom, e-mail, мессенджеры* Коммерческий опыт работы (опыт продаж /опыт ведения переговоров с заказчиками / эксперт в ведении переговоров, публичных выступлениях;Условия:*Опыт работы в компании международного уровня;* Свободный график;* Возможность обучаться и расти в карьерном плане;* Стабильный доход (%от продаж).Заинтересованных кандидатов просим отправлять свое резюме на эл.почту: business_trener@mail.ru.Только те кандидаты, которые подходят под требования, будут приглашены на собеседование.
