Title: Digital Engagement & CRM Specialist

Location: Dushanbe, Tajikistan

Department: Development and Partnership (Sales)

Reports to: Business Unit Manager

Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Social Media

• Manage Telegram and Instagram channels.

• Develop monthly content calendars.

• Create engaging content concepts.

• Coordinate design, video and creative production.

• Manage Stories, Reels, posts, polls and interactive formats.

• Monitor audience response and engagement.

2. Telegram Community

• Build and manage the Company’s Telegram Club.

• Grow and activate the community.

• Publish regular content.

• Develop quizzes and weekly missions.

• Organize digital challenges and contests.

• Manage community interaction.

• Support lucky draw and reward mechanics.

3. Consumer Engagement

• Develop digital activities designed to increase engagement and loyalty.

• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Develop interactive mechanics for adult consumers.

• Coordinate digital rewards and loyalty activities.

• Analyze consumer feedback and engagement behavior.

4. Shop (POS) Owner Engagement

• Develop digital communication for POS owners.

• Support POS challenges and incentive campaigns.

• Communicate campaign rules and targets.

• Share updates and rewards.

• Collect feedback from POS owners.

• Support digital activation of Ambassador POS and other priority outlets.

5. CRM & Loyalty

• Build and maintain digital participant databases.

• Track campaign participation.

• Monitor repeat engagement.

• Support loyalty programs.

• Prepare CRM reports and insights.

6. Digital Campaigns

Support implementation of:

• Gamification campaigns;

• Product launches;

• POS challenges;

• Promotional campaigns;

• other commercial digital activations.

7. Analytics

Track and report:

• followers / subscribers;

• active users;

• engagement;

• participation;

• campaign conversion;

• reward redemption;

• repeat participation;

• content performance.

8. Agency & Partner Coordination

• Prepare creative briefs.

• Coordinate with designers, agencies and influencers.

• Review content before publication.

• Manage campaign timelines.

• Ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Experience

Preferred: 2–4 years of experience in:

• SMM;

• digital marketing;

• community management;

• CRM;

• digital campaign management;

• loyalty programs;

• consumer engagement.

• sales

Experience in FMCG, retail, tobacco, beverages, telecom, banking, gaming or other consumer-facing industries is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of engagement mechanics.

• Experience with social media analytics.
