Our approach emphasizes critical thinking, communication, and active participation, preparing learners to engage confidently in multicultural and international contexts.We prepare young professionals through: • English proficiency • Critical thinking and analytical reasoning • Professional and academic communication • Global awareness and adaptabilityWe are committed to cultivating thinkers, leaders, and contributors, not passive task-doers.Role PurposeThe Critical Thinking & ESL Instructor teaches English as a medium for inquiry, analysis, and intellectual engagement, supporting students in the development of reasoned judgment and responsible participation in global academic and professional communities.Drawing on traditions of Socratic dialogue, inquiry-based learning, and writing-to-think pedagogy, the instructor guides students to use language as a tool for thinking, interpretation, and argumentation, rather than as an end in itself. Curriculum Development & Intellectual Contribution • Design and deliver lessons integrating: • English language development • Critical thinking and analytical reasoning • Employ real-world scenarios, case studies, and problem-based learning • Adapt instructional materials for A2–B2 proficiency levels • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of curriculum, informed by classroom experience and student learning outcomes2. Classroom Facilitation & Inquiry • Lead discussion-centered, inquiry-driven classes • Encourage questioning, interpretation, and respectful disagreement • Model ethical, professional, and inclusive communication • Foster a classroom culture aligned with leadership, dialogue, and participation3. Assessment, Writing & Reflective Practice • Assess students’ ability to: • articulate ideas clearly in speech and writing • develop and defend arguments • demonstrate logical and evidence-based reasoning in English • Utilize presentations, analytical writing, reflective writing, and discussion-based assessments • Engage in reflective teaching practices, using assessment outcomes to inform instructional improvement4.
