Provide administrative and organizational support to management

Prepare and translate documents (English / Russian / Tajik)

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls

Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining records

Support day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

Fluency in English, Russian, and Tajik (spoken and written)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, email)

A Communications and Fundraising Assistant manages an organization's internal and external communications, including marketing and fundraising. S/He will be responsible to promote Good Neighbors brand message and image through various channels, developing communications strategies, and creating content. The Communications and Fundraising Assistant is a key role in conveying our mission, values, and activities to its audiences. The individual selected for this position will be required to use their design skills and creativity to develop marketing materials such as banners, posters, advertisements, brochures, fliers, social media content, photo editing, videography and more to promote our activities. S/he will keep up with the maintenance and updating of GNT Web site and GNT social media.Communication and Fundraising Assistant’s responsibilities:• Review and follow Communication and Local Fundraising Strategy, develop communication content that highlights GNT programs, success stories, events, and results.• Close communicate with GN Communication and Local Fundraising Focal Point.• Prepare and organize GNT awareness events and fundraising campaigns. • Write, edit, and distribute a variety of content, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, speeches, website copy, and social media posts.• Manage the organization's social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.• Track and report on communications campaign analytics and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.• Coordinate promotional events, conferences, and press launches.• Maintain digital media archives, such as photos and videos.• Ensure that all communications are consistent with the organization's brand standards and messaging.• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on various projects.Qualification and Requirements:• Education: A bachelor's degree is generally required, often in communications, public relations or a related field.• Written and verbal communication: Outstanding writing, editing, speaking and proofreading skills in English and Tajik.• Technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
