Job Summary: As the HR Manager and Administrative Assistant, you will take charge of a dual role that combines core human resources functions with vital administrative support. In this position, you’ll oversee key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations, while also managing day-to-day administrative tasks that support seamless business operations. The ideal candidate will be a doer who is comfortable with a fast-paced remote environment and can independently drive initiatives and get things done. Human Resources:● Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.● Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.● Support performance evaluations, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive and engaged team.● Lead offboarding procedures and conduct exit interviews, ensuring seamless transitions for employees. Administrative Support:● Provide remote administrative support to executives and department heads, ensuring smooth coordination of daily tasks, projects, and strategic priorities.● Prepare, organize, and manage reports, HR documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company-wide communications using cloud-based tools.● Maintain and organize digital filing systems using shared drives (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) to ensure easy access and compliance.● Manage incoming emails, calls (via VoIP systems), and messages, ensuring timely routing and follow-up.● Coordinate virtual meetings, manage executive calendars, assist with remote team scheduling, travel planning, and support virtual event logistics.● Take initiative in supporting company-wide projects by tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and assisting leadership with organizing and executing project plans. Qualifications:● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams in English and convey information clearly and professionally.● Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive) for efficient communication, collaboration, and document management.● Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, proactively initiate tasks, and follow through independently to successful completion.● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport and maintaining professional relationships.● Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.● Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.● Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing priorities effectively.
