In addition to advanced medical equipment, the units are designed with comprehensive facilities, including kitchens, laundry, dining areas, and conference rooms, ensuring complete functionality and comfort for medical teams and patients alike. Through this project, Normeca International AS is committed to enhancing healthcare accessibility and delivering high-quality care to underserved areas.We are looking for experienced Receptionist, who will be the first point of contact for our Mobile Clinic, which operates in the regions of Tajikistan, providing medical services to the rural population.Main responsibilities:• Warmly welcome each patient visiting the Clinic.• Assist in making calls to patients and scheduling appointments.• Plan all duties professionally, including gathering all patients' necessary basic information and personal data.• Cooperate closely with all the doctors, nurses, and staff to make the visit for all patients as smoothly and pleasantly as possible.• Keep all equipment in the best possible condition and good order at any time.• Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.• Assist with documenting meetings, workshops, seminars, and other office activities.• Assist on administrative assignments, logistic support, and translation services.• Perform other assignments as assigned by Administration.Requirements• Diploma • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., scan machines and printers)• Solid written and verbal communication skills• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.• Excellent organizational skills• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.• A medical background is advantageous.• Fluency in English, Tajik, Russian languages.What We Offer:By becoming part of our team, you will join an excellent medical team and help change the world for the better for many people in Tajikistan.
