About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing)
Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs
Maintain candidate database and HR records
Support onboarding and employee documentation
Participate in development of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus
English proficiency (intermediate or higher)
