About the Role
As a Store Management Trainee, you will join our fast-track management program in order for you to trained as a "Second Store Manager". A great opportunity for you to further your career and a chance for you to learn different sections, cash point, stockroom and all the processes of a store.

Job Description:
• Providing leadership for the store team, implementing and tracking the LC Waikiki standards for the store and inspiring the team to achieve it
• Maximizing store productivity and commercial focus and take action to obtain highest level of profitability of the store
• Driving performance and growth, through excellent operational and commercial execution
• Establishing amazing customer service and satisfaction
• Establishing and maintaining high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with the corporate standards
• Achievement of the given sales targets and bottom-line profit objectives
• Achievement of the agreed/given Internal Audit Performance
• Controlling the shrinkage rates and all expenses and improving the conversion rates
Required Qualifications:
• University Degree
• At least Intermediate level English (written & verbal)
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in fashion retail or willing to start a career in fashion retail
• Able to demonstrate financial awareness and a commercial mind-set, continuously thinking of ways to drive sales, manage costs
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• The ability to solve problems, organize and plan
• The ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
• Willing to relocate to other cities where we are planning to open new stores
