About CDPG Academy
CDPG Academy is an international education initiative launched in November 2024 with a single goal: to develop globally minded thinkers who can analyze, communicate, and lead effectively in international academic and professional environments.
Grounded in traditions of liberal arts education, inquiry-based learning, and dialogue-centered pedagogy, CDPG Academy delivers practice-oriented education with global standards. Our approach emphasizes critical thinking, communication, and active participation, preparing learners to engage confidently in multicultural and international contexts.
We prepare young professionals through:
• English proficiency
• Critical thinking and analytical reasoning
• Professional and academic communication
• Global awareness and adaptability
We are committed to cultivating thinkers, leaders, and contributors, not passive task-doers.
Role Purpose
The Critical Thinking & ESL Instructor teaches English as a medium for inquiry, analysis, and intellectual engagement, supporting students in the development of reasoned judgment and responsible participation in global academic and professional communities.
