Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor information security policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations. Identify, assess, and mitigate information security and IT risks. Lead incident detection, response, and post-incident analysis. Conduct security awareness training to foster a security-conscious culture. Ensure data protection compliance and enforce encryption and access controls. Manage IT risk controls and third-party vendor risk assessments. Coordinate and maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP). Conduct business impact analyses and continuity risk mitigation strategies. Lead crisis management and coordinate communication during disruptions. Prepare regular risk and business continuity reports for senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or related field. Minimum 1 year experience in information security, IT risk management, and business continuity planning, preferably in financial services. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCI, ISO 27001, or NIST are highly desirable. Strong technical skills with practical knowledge of risk management frameworks and security tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
