The Branch of Normeca International AS in Tajikistan, in collaboration with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the Government of Tajikistan, is implementing the “Mobile Multi-Diagnostic Clinic/ Mini Hospital” project. These advanced mobile units deliver diagnostic services and minor surgical procedures to underserved communities across the country, fully equipped to support both patients and staff. The Branch of Normeca International AS in Tajikistan invites Vehicle Maintenance support employee to work in connection with our project in Tajikistan “Mobile Multi Diagnostic Clinic/Mini Hospital” under the management of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the population in the Republic of Tajikistan. The clinics cover most of the medical fields, and they are all in large mobile expandable trailers. The clinics are fully equipped with modern medical equipment and ancillary units such as kitchen, laundry, dining room, conference rooms, etc. We are looking for Vehicle Maintenance support employee who can join our team and assist in maintaining our vehicles in good condition and operating efficiently. Main responsibilities: • Maintain the technical condition of company vehicles. • Organize computer diagnostics of vehicles if necessary. • Carry out quality control of work after vehicle maintenance. • Ensure preparation of documentation on damage and requests for repair and troubleshooting with their corresponding registration with the insurance company. • Conduct software maintenance of trucks and perform technical maintenance of trucks together with the technical team. • Assist on acting as a driver in case of necessity. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Education in the relevant field. • Experience in maintenance, driving trucks or a similar position for at least 3 years. • Experience in repairing generators is an advantage. • Fluency in Russian and Tajik, knowledge of English is an advantage. • Computer literacy. • Driving license category B, C, E, D • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. • High communication skills. • Readiness for frequent trips to remote regions of the Republic of Tajikistan, work in non-standard conditions. • Provide support during clinic`s relocations.
