CRIF Tajikistan is part of an international group and a leading provider of credit information services. We help banks, microfinance organizations, and insurers make smarter decisions through data and technology. We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to grow our client base, promote our products, and strengthen CRIF’s presence in the Tajikistan market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with banks, microfinance organizations, insurance companies, and corporate clients
• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote CRIF’s products and services and increase brand awareness in the local market
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a reliable point of contact for key accounts
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and marketing materials; participate in client meetings and negotiations
• Monitor the market, track competitor activity, and identify emerging trends and client needs in the financial sector
• Use digital tools and AI-powered solutions to improve sales outreach, marketing effectiveness, and client engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive high-quality, well-coordinated solutions
REQUIREMENTS
• Higher education in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field
• Experience in sales, marketing, or client relations — background in banking, fintech, or financial services is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset
• Proficiency in Russian, Tajik and English
• Comfortable with digital technologies; familiarity with marketing or CRM tools and interest in AI-powered solutions is a plus
• Initiative, integrity, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of results
