Sales Supervisor (Dushanbe)

LLC Aziza Dushanbe, a leading producer and supplier of meat and sausage products, is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Supervisor to join its dynamic team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives

• Drive the achievement of sales targets and support the expansion of the customer base

• Train, motivate, and provide ongoing support to the sales team

• Conduct negotiations and maintain relationships with key clients

• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape

• Ensure proper product placement and compliance with merchandising standards

• Prepare and present regular sales reports

• Strong proficiency in Russian and Tajik is required

📌 Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Representative is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management

• Proven team management skills

• High level of responsibility, discipline, and communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools

💰 Conditions:

• Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off
