Job Identification
We are looking for a Sales Analyst to be part of our Sales team located in CCI Tajikistan, Dushanbe city.
What we expect
Confirm new customers in the workflow system daily and validate customer data submitted by sales representatives
Manage customer profiles in Voyage/BASIS systems: open/close accounts, adjust data, create routes, and update visit schedules
Monitor FIT MDM Quality Reports and correct system errors to ensure data integrity
Review and update the Outlet Information List, collecting missing data from sales representatives and supervisors
Collaborate with BSG to correct Trade Program and supervisor data in systems
Identify analytical needs and provide tailored reports upon request
Compile and deliver regular KPI reports for management and sales teams
Track ongoing trade programs for distributors and outlets, calculate reimbursements, and report weekly
Prepare documents and materials to support the Sales Managers operations
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
English proficiency (spoken level)13 years of experience in FMCG, Sales, or Data Analysis
Strong multitasking, analytical, and communication skills
High attention to detail, stress resilience, and ability to work independently
