Service Advisor
BMW Yas Mohrrek is looking for an exceptional Service Advisor to join our energetic team. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for customers seeking our services, guiding them through service processes like pros, and ensuring their satisfaction with our work.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking our services.
• Provide solid recommendations about necessary services and repairs.
• Keep customers informed about their service status and any changes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Definite interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with automotive systems and capability to explain them to non-technical customers.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Experience and Requirements:
• Current or previous experience in a Service Advisor role or similar.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary automotive training is a plus.
