The Branch of Normeca International AS in the Republic of Tajikistan invites Medical Manager to work in connection with our project in Tajikistan “Mobile Multi Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital” under the management of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the population in the Republic of Tajikistan. The clinics cover most of the medical fields, and they are all in large mobile expandable trailers. The clinics are fully equipped with modern medical equipment and ancillary units such as kitchen, laundry, dining room, conference rooms, etc.The Medical Manager will perform a wide range of duties each day to provide quality and cost-effective medical services.Job Description Summary:• Collect and analyse data, results, safety and identify problem areas.• Present results, proposed solutions and implementation plans to management.• Manage medical staff in daily work.• Ensures all procedures are followed and all reports are completed on time.• Schedule surgeries and other activities/examinations with all the clinic managers such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, cystoscopy, laparoscopy and in addition we are expecting many cataract surgeries.
