Storekeeper
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is looking for a capable, flexible and motivated Storekeeper to join its GBAO PHC Project in Khorog, Tajikistan.Main responsibilities:Manage the receipt, storage and distribution of medical supplies, food items, spare parts, tools, equipment and other logistics materials.Receive deliveries and check goods against delivery documents, reporting any discrepancies.Organize and store all materials safely and correctly to ensure continuous availability.Create and update stock cards immediately after receiving goods.Check cold boxes and monitor cold chain requirements when receiving temperature-sensitive items.Monitor warehouse temperature and ensure sensitive items are stored under appropriate conditions.Check lot numbers, expiry dates, packaging and special storage requirements.Prepare orders and shipments on time according to instructions.Pack, weigh and label goods correctly for transportation.Conduct regular physical stock counts and monitor stock levels, shortages and expiry dates.Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized and accessible only to authorized personnel.Secure warehouse doors and exits and report any damage, loss, attempted break-ins or theft.Assist the line manager with stock reports and inventory management.Requirements:Basic literacy is essential.Secondary education or warehouse management training is an advantage.Previous experience as a Storekeeper is an advantage.Knowledge of the local language is essential.English is an advantage.Basic mathematics skills and ability to use measuring equipment.Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel, are an advantage.Ability to carry out basic repairs is an advantage.Responsible, flexible and able to work under pressure.Good organizational and teamwork skills.We offer:Full-time employment.25 working days of annual leave per year.Medical coverage.Training and professional development opportunities.The opportunity to work with an internationally recognized humanitarian organization.Location: Khorog, Tajikistan.To apply, please send your CV and cover letter to gbao-hrmngr@oca.msf.org.Please mention “Storekeeper application – Your Name” in the subject line.Application deadline: 6 September 2026, 17:00 local time.

Supply Activity Officer
