Business Development & Sales
1)Identify and develop business opportunities in the banking, insurance, and financial services sector.
2)Promote Huawei's financial industry solutions, including cloud computing, AI, big data, fintech, and security solutions.
3)Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Customer Engagement & Account Management
1)Understand customer needs and provide tailored digital transformation solutions.
2)Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3)Lead negotiations and contract discussions with financial institutions.
Solution Design & Technical Consultation
1)Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized solutions for financial clients.
2)Present Huawei’s fintech innovations and industry best practices to customers.
3)Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements in Tajikistan’s financial sector.
Revenue & Sales Target Achievement
1)Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and market penetration.
2)Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Huawei’s financial industry solutions.
Experience Requirements
1)Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of financial/Government/Energy industry experience.
2)Have the rich ICT industry experience including one or two industries( IP、IT 、storage、cloud etc. ) , and familiar with 2 or 3 vendors products and solutions(Huawei, Cisco , Dell, HP etc.)
3)Have the successful ICT project experience in one or two industries(financial、government or energy etc. )in Tajikistan.
