Job Identification
We are looking for an RGM Specialist to join our Revenue Growth Management team located in CCI Tajikistan, Dushanbe city.
What we expect:
Develop smart pricing and pack strategies to balance affordability and profitability
Analyze promotions and trade terms to improve efficiency and ROI
Monitor product and channel performance to identify growth opportunities
Provide clear, data-driven insights to support decision-making
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align RGM plans
Support business planning with strong RGM inputs and recommendations
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
English proficiency (spoken level), 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, Sales, or Data Analysis
Strong multitasking, analytical, and communication skills
High attention to detail, stress resilience, and ability to work independently
