Sales Professional
Our dynamic aviation training center is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented sales professional to expand our market reach and student enrollment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
> * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
> * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students and partners.
> * Manage the sales process from initial contact to enrollment completion.
Contribute to the overall marketing and outreach efforts of the center.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the education or aviation industry. Significant experience exceeding 3 years is strongly preferred.
Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using computers and relevant software (CRM experience is a plus).
Age: 20-30 years
Resume must be submitted in English.
Compensation: 3500 Somoni (commensurate with experience and performance).
